It's a fun place to stay and play or it can be a brief respite on the way to Yellowstone or Utah's National Parks.

Flaming Gorge Country

The Flaming Gorge National Recreation area includes the 91 mile long Flaming Gorge Reservoir which has 350 miles of shoreline, and is a great place to go hiking, fishing, camping, boating, and wildlife viewing. Flaming Gorge Country/Daggett County also has forested mountain areas with lakes, trails and dispersed camping within the Ashley National Forest. Flaming Gorge Country also includes BLM managed land in the Brown's Park area.
