History
The Cow Country Rodeo has been running in one form or another since the 1930’s. Until recently it had been put on annually by the Daggett Lion’s Club with proceeds benefiting the local community. Now it is run as a partnership with the Lion’s Club, Daggett County, and a host of other local organizations providing staff and assistance to the rodeo. The Rodeo is part of the Rocky Mountain Professional Rodeo Association (RMPRA).

Gates open the nights of the rodeo at 6:30 p.m. and the Rodeo action starts at 7:30 p.m. Events include Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Calf Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping and Breakaway, Bull Riding and Barrel Racing! Admission price for Adults is $7 per night, while youth 6-13 are $4 and kids under 6 are Free! Slack will be held on the 15th at 9:00 a.m.
