Daggett County has nearly 2000 acres of land available in the Community of Dutch John, Utah. A Redevelopment Agency (RDA) has been set up to help with the disposal of this land. With the formation of an RDA, there is no longer a need to bid during an auction to obtain Dutch John property. You may prepare a proposal or offer in the form a
Real Estate Purchase Contract or something similar in nature and submit to the Clerk's Office to calendar on the Commissioner's agenda for a future meeting. Negotiation sessions can be open or closed, but all terms will eventually become public upon signing.
