Enjoy the Fall Colors in Flaming Gorge
Fall in Flaming Gorge means bright yellows of the aspens contrasting with the dark greens of the conifers. Fall Colors are also evident in the bright red of the Kokanee Salmon as they swim upstream.
In addition to enjoying the great outdoors, the following activities will be occurring on Saturday, September 20th:
The main event of the Day is the Dinner and Entertainment starting at 4 pm at the Daggett County Park. Deputy Sheriff John DeHart was recently diagnosed with cancer and the proceeds of this event will be donated to his treatment. In addition to the dinner and entertainment there will be horse-drawn wagon rides, horseshoes, auctions and raffles and other activities to raise money for Deputy John DeHart’s treatments. There will also be online auctions held during the next week or so to continue the fund raising effort. E-Bay Link It will be a fun evening for everyone to get together and have a nice meal!
Tickets are available in advance at the Courthouse for $10 per person or $30 for immediate family members.
Music, wagon rides and other activities will start at 4:00 pm. Dinner will be served at 5 pm and the auctions will be after dinner.
